Delson's talk, recorded on 2022-11-24, is very hard to follow because the transcript is largely garbled. Fragments describe a sequence where a mind that is free of regret becomes glad, then joyful, tranquil, happy and concentrated, then equanimous, leading to liberation. He also touches on keeping the precepts and on not taking on unnecessary tasks in daily life. The second half is mostly group chatter at a gathering, with photos and coffee.
